Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Consultant
to develop and implement SIOP processes, support demand planning, and ensure a smooth production site transition. The ideal candidate will have expertise in demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, and SIOP governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the SIOP process for the Rockford manufacturing site
- Collaborate with the SIOP team to ensure demand forecasts are accurate and aligned with the new production site
- Establish SIOP governance, meeting cadence, and reporting processes
- Manage demand planning and buffer purchase orders (POs) to support production transition
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity
- Drive continuous improvements in planning and operational efficiency
Required Skills
- Experience implementing or managing SIOP/S&OP process
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
- Experience with production transfers or manufacturing site transition
- Ability to establish SIOP governance and reporting processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
