Single-Plaintiff Employment Intake Attorney | Plaintiff Employment | Beverly Hills | Up to $180K | High-Value Case Assessment Role - 100% remote - Cali

Title: Single-Plaintiff Employment Intake Attorney

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 total compensation, depending on experience

Practice Area: Plaintiff Labor & Employment / Single-Plaintiff Intake

A fast-growing plaintiff-side labor and employment firm is looking to add a sharp, analytical and client-focused Intake Attorney to its single-plaintiff employment team.

This is not a class action intake role. The focus is on evaluating individual workplace claims, identifying strong cases, assessing potential value and guiding prospective clients through the initial legal process.

The firm is looking for someone with strong issue-spotting skills, good judgment and the ability to assess employment claims quickly and accurately. This could suit an attorney with employment law experience, plaintiff-side litigation experience, or even a personal injury intake background where case evaluation and client communication have been central to the role.

Highlights:

  • Plaintiff-side labor and employment firm with a strong reputation
  • Focus on single-plaintiff employment matters, not class actions
  • Opportunity to assess higher-value workplace claims
  • Work closely with experienced employment attorneys and intake professionals
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys legal analysis, client communication and case evaluation
  • Strong platform for an attorney who wants to stay close to employment law without running a full litigation docket

The Role:

You will play a key role in evaluating prospective single-plaintiff employment matters and determining whether claims are viable for the firm.

You will:

  • Conduct detailed intake interviews with prospective clients
  • Assess potential claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and other workplace disputes
  • Evaluate the legal and factual strength of potential cases
  • Apply knowledge of California and federal employment laws to determine case viability
  • Draft clear case summaries and assessments for senior attorneys
  • Identify key facts, legal issues, damages and potential red flags
  • Explain legal rights and next steps to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Work closely with intake coordinators, paralegals and attorneys to keep the intake process moving efficiently
  • Manage a high volume of prospective client inquiries while maintaining empathy and professionalism
  • Refer unsuitable matters internally or externally where appropriate

What they’re looking for:

  • California Bar admission in good standing
  • 1–3+ years’ legal experience
  • Employment law experience preferred
  • Plaintiff-side litigation experience helpful
  • Personal injury intake attorneys may also be considered

Compensation:

  • $130,000–$180,000 total compensation, commensurate with experience

Location:

  • California - 100% remote
