About the role

Duties

You will assist sign painters in the production of quality directional and informational signs for all offices of the Bureau of Land Management. You will prepare the substrate, cut the sheeting and operate the pneumatic applicator. You will be responsible for cutting sign blanks using power saws and sanders, finishing sign edges and crate the signs for shipping. You will be responsible for the layout/construction of the less complex signs and selecting the proper tools and equipment to complete these signs.
