As a Bench Operator / BX3 & EDM Operator, you play an important role in our production process. You work with advanced techniques and directly contribute to the quality, reliability, and safety of aircraft engine components.

What Will You Do?
In this versatile role, you will work on high-quality aircraft parts and perform various operations according to strict quality standards.

Your tasks include:
✅ Polishing, cleaning, and finishing aircraft parts
✅ Performing manual and machine operations
✅ Operating the BX3 machine for advanced production and repair processes
✅ Working with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) for precision machining of critical components
✅ Reading and following technical documentation and work instructions
✅ Performing quality checks and measurements
✅ Recording completed work
✅ Identifying improvement opportunities in quality, safety, and efficiency

You work in a high-tech production environment where craftsmanship, precision, and quality are central.

What Do You Bring?
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with their hands and has an affinity for technology.

You have:

• MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the technical field
• Affinity with metalworking or production processes
• Experience with EDM, machining, or similar techniques is a plus
• Technical insight and attention to detail
• Good command of the English language
• Quality-conscious and accurate work attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts if necessary
