About the role
- Position: Showroom Sales & Content Executive
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am - 7pm), Saturday (9:30am - 2pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM5,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Power Track
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and explain product features and solutions.
- Understand customer lifestyle and interior requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and attractive showroom environment.
- Plan, film and edit TikTok and Instagram content.
- Create product demonstrations, lifestyle videos and short-form promotional content.
- Use tools such as CapCut and AI-assisted applications to support efficient content production.
- Publish content consistently and monitor engagement, reach and lead response.
- Stay updated on social-media trends and test new content ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams on promotions, product launches and campaign requirements where needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in retail sales, showroom sales, customer service or a related customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels or other short-form social-media content.
- Basic video-editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or conducting product demonstrations where required.
- Strong communication and customer-engagement skills.
- Interest in interior design, smart-home products or related lifestyle products would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working towards individual sales targets.
