Job Responsibilities:
- Be cross-trained on all jobs supporting production operation
- Set up and operate process equipment according to written instructions
- Become a certified Operation Technician and follow quality standards in verifying conformance of work
- Attend daily toolbox meeting and perform routine TPM on equipment to keep in top condition
- Follow lockout-tagout procedures and participate in all facets of turn-around cleaning and maintenance
- Participate in STOP and GO program
- Usage of ERP system for production tasks
- Work with team on operation and quality improvements
- Practice of 5S housekeeping and maintain workplace clean and organized
- Participation and involvement in productivity and cost savings projects
- Adhere to workplace safety practices. rules and policies
