Can You Deliver Amazing? What We’re Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working.
- Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers.
- Is a Morning Person! Has the availability to work various shifts between 6am and 3pm with Weekend Availability.
- Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs.
- Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team.
- Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Job Duties Include:
- Taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system.
- Making food and smoothies according to brand standards.
- Prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Stocking and clean-up.
- Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Assigning duties to staff during shifts.
- Perform food safety temperature checks.
- Prepare nightly deposit and complete closing tasks.
- Assists team with preparing catering orders.

- Prior Shift leader or management experience required.

- Customer Service-Oriented.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working on your feet for full shift.
- Must be available Daytime and Weekends.
- Serv Safe Food Handlers or Food Manager Certification Preferred.
