F&B Retail Shift Leader | Renowned Coffee Brand
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500 Base on experience
Location:
- Central I-City Mall
Work Arrangement: 6 days work week shift rotation (45 Hours work week)

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain service and operational standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
- Ensure food quality (freshly baked Donuts and Sandwiches), beverage (Coffee, Tea & Cold Brew) preparation and store cleanliness meet company standards.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Coach, motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare smooth shift handovers and report operational issues to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, QSR or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and developing team member.
- Have valid Food Handling Cert & Typhoid Cert is a plus point.
