Shift Leader – Jack in the Box

Jack in the Box is growing in Georgia, and we are looking for dependable, energetic Shift Leaders to help build a strong team in Milledgeville.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards, and helping a restaurant operate successfully.
What You’ll Do
As a Shift Leader, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating team members during assigned shifts
- Providing friendly, fast, and accurate guest service
- Assigning positions and directing the flow of the shift
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Supporting training and development of new team members
- Handling cash, deposits, and shift paperwork accurately
- Monitoring labor, food waste, and restaurant productivity
- Resolving guest concerns professionally
- Opening or closing the restaurant as assigned
- Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant experience preferred
- Prior Shift Leader, Team Lead, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift restaurant supplies when needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork
