Developing and maintaining a SharePoint/SQL-based tool is the core of this role, which supports program management, execution, and financial tracking for all FQM programs and projects. The tool is being expanded to include other types of issue management, CLCA, and Lessons Learned activities, as well as automation and financial tracking.
