About This Role
This role is for a Sharepoint Developer who will work with one of Poland's fastest-growing IT companies. The core of the work is to design and develop IT solutions, lead development teams, and optimize software for performance, security, and quality, primarily within a project for the public sector focused on cross-border traffic.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop IT solutions
- Lead development teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality
- Prepare technical documentation
- Estimate work and implementation time
- Establish software development standards
- Select technical solutions for business needs
- Monitor and analyze metrics
- Manage configuration and release process
- Participate in requirements analysis, testing, QA, implementations, and change management
- Create prototypes and testing tools
- Provide 2nd/3rd line application support
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Minimum 1 full IT solution lifecycle (from analysis/design to implementation and maintenance)
- Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online / SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Experience in React, JavaScript, and front-end solution development
- Very good knowledge of C# / .NET Framework and SQL
- Experience in developing server-side SharePoint solutions, including Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs
- Experience in integrating and working with SharePoint data via PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API
- Experience in designing application layers: data layer, business logic layer, UI layer
- Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications using it
- Practical knowledge of Secure Coding / OWASP principles, including securing .NET and JavaScript applications against vulnerabilities
- Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with the Scrum methodology
- SharePoint certification
- Higher education
- English language proficiency at B2 level
