About the role
We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Consultant_Lead Developer to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
- Provide strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
- Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms
- Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
- Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4+ years of CSM experience.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years
Certifications
- Required: Should be CIS CSM certified.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
