ServiceNow Team Lead | Technology Projects | Tel Aviv
A leading company in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform while leading a technology team and complex cross-organizational technology projects.
The role combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise, team leadership, platform strategy, enterprise integrations, vendor management, and end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design, implementation, development, and management of ServiceNow solutions
- Drive business process improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform
- Define and execute the platform's business and technology roadmap
- Lead ServiceNow expansions, upgrades, and implementation of new modules
- Manage complex cross-functional and enterprise-wide technology projects
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow and core systems, SAP, enterprise applications, and SaaS solutions
- Lead the implementation of COTS products and new technology solutions
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and work plans
- Manage and professionally lead a technology team of up to 5 employees
- Mentor team members, drive professional development, and manage priorities and execution
- Manage software vendors, integrators, and implementation partners
- Lead RFP processes and evaluation of technology solutions
- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative AI and Automation solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions – required
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-organizational technology projects within a large enterprise
- Experience managing Development, Implementation, and/or Infrastructure teams
- Proven experience leading integrations with core and enterprise systems
- Experience managing vendors, integrators, and external technology partners
- Experience managing budgets, project plans, timelines, and risks
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and business processes
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and complex interfaces simultaneously
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills
- Experience implementing AI and Automation solutions – an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Broad business and system-level perspective
- Ability to independently lead initiatives from strategy through execution
