About This Role

This role manages delivery teams and oversees the architecture for ServiceNow solutions across various capabilities, including ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps/TPRM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and AI/automation. The Lead Consultant serves as a technical and functional leader, managing complex delivery programs and ensuring alignment with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of multi-module ServiceNow solutions across global clients
Manage teams of 10–20 consultants, developers, and architects
Drive architecture across ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/Discovery, ITAM/HAM/SAM, and CMDB
Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
Implement AI/GenAI features including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent
Oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and IntegrationHub
Manage project governance, delivery plans, and stakeholder communications
Work with global internal teams to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Requirements

8–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Deep experience across required modules: ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/ITAM, CMDB
Experience managing technical teams and enterprise implementation programs
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and CMDB architecture
Proven expertise in scripting, platform governance, integrations, and workflow architecture
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory
At least two CIS certification in CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, or ITOM
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow
Strong leadership and people management skills
