Service-to-Sales Manager

Tampa Honda is looking for an experienced automotive professional to help bridge the gap between our Service and Sales Departments. This role is ideal for someone who understands dealership operations, builds strong customer relationships, and can identify opportunities to assist service customers with upgrading, trading, or purchasing a vehicle.
The Service-to-Sales Manager will work closely with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, and dealership leadership to create a seamless customer experience while contributing to overall dealership sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Engage with service customers to identify vehicle upgrade and trade opportunities
- Assist customers through the appraisal, trade, and vehicle purchase process
- Work closely with Sales and Service leadership to maximize customer retention
- Support desk activities including deal structure, inventory recommendations, and customer follow-up
- Help develop and maintain referral opportunities between departments
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership lifecycle
What You'll Bring
- Previous automotive sales management, sales desk, finance, or service-to-sales experience
- Strong understanding of dealership operations
- Ability to build relationships and create customer confidence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CDK preferred
