About the role

Job Description The Service Revenue role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue and business growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to increase service revenue, with a focus on direct sales, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and managing relationships with key accounts and contractors/architects. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue, including direct sales and AMC sales.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, and architects to drive business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, focusing on service-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align service revenue goals with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on service revenue performance.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge and best practices to enhance service offerings.
  • Support the team in achieving overall business targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar service revenue or sales role, preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of driving service revenue growth and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
  • A results-driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning.
