Service Representative

About This Role

Providing top-notch service for CLEAR members and travelers is the core of this role, which involves greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. This position suits a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is part of a collaborative team that earns bonuses for meeting service and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes, greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions
• Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey
• Triage and resolve member concerns, looping in support teams when needed, and following through to find a resolution
• Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience
• Share information about CLEAR benefits and services
• Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc.)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test
• Successful completion of federal Personnel Security (Per Sec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment
