- About the Opportunity:
The Service Representative supports educators by managing inquiries related to their auto and property insurance policies. This role ensures excellent customer service through various communication channels while contributing to the protection and satisfaction of clients. It involves acquiring necessary licenses and knowledge to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and positively impact the customer experience.
- Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance products, services, and policies.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with effective problem-solving.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience in all communications.
• Maintain compliance with company and state regulations during interactions.
• Proactively up-sell and cross-sell insurance options to existing customers.
- Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor''s degree preferred.
• Preferred 2+ years of customer service, business, or sales experience.
• Insurance or finance experience is beneficial.
• Complete Service Representative Trainee Program.
• Obtain and maintain Insurance Producer and Non-Residence Licenses within 12 months of hire.
• Basic math and billing interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of active listening, system navigation, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and time management.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds.
• Private, organized workspace free from distractions.
• Position cannot be performed remotely in certain specified states.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range: $16.20 to $25.43 per hour.
• Salary commensurate with experience and location.
