Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a bilingual Service Parts Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage and coordinate service parts operations while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing inventory of service parts to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members to address service parts inquiries and requests.
  • Ensuring timely processing of service parts orders and shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline service parts operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
  • Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures related to service parts management.
  • Utilizing bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse client base.

Requirements:

  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency required.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Benefits:

The position offers a competitive pay range from $25 to $28 per hour. Additional benefits may be discussed upon hiring.

Additional Details:

The position requires around 0% travel time.
