Role Description

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
• Champion the Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle, processes, and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights, licenses, and usage.
• Support SAM compliance by maintaining accurate software entitlement, license, and usage information.
• Register new Software Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) and maintain appropriate relationships based on defined SAM Pro models.
• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IT Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management process owners, SMEs, and technical teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow ITAM capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, implement, and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.
• Support enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure ServiceNow ITAM processes follow established governance, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support for SAM Pro lifecycle and asset management processes.
