What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We’re looking for a Service Manager for our Surrey Service.
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join and lead the team at Via Surrey alongside our NHS partners within the Surrey Integrated drug and alcohol treatment service, i-access.
As Service Manager, you will lead the Surrey Team, working closely with the Team Leaders, commissioners, partners and colleagues to ensure the service is effective, safe, responsive, caring and well-led. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the services, embedding high standards of quality and governance while supporting excellent outcomes for the people who use our services. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating an inclusive, psychologically informed workplace where both colleagues and service users can thrive.
In this role, you will lead on quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with Via standards, CQC requirements and embedding best practice across the service. You will support, coach and develop Team Leaders and front-line staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services, oversee recruitment and workforce development, and champion safeguarding, trauma-informed practice and psychologically informed approaches. Working collaboratively with commissioners, partners and stakeholders, you will also contribute to service development and help ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
