About the role
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Equipment Vehicle (SEVER). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of vehicles and the auto detailing facility. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Operate standard passenger cars safely and efficiently within the auto detailing facility and car wash area
- Perform vehicle exterior washing, interior cleaning, and paint correction to restore vehicles to pristine condition
- Use automotive buffers and buffing equipment to enhance vehicle finishes while adhering to safe work practices
- Conduct heavy lifting of vehicles and equipment as needed, ensuring proper technique to prevent injury
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment and ensuring the overall vehicle exterior remains spotless
- Apply auto detailing techniques such as polishing, buffing, vacuuming, and interior sanitizing to deliver exceptional results
- Follow all safety protocols related to the use of cleaning equipment and handling chemicals in an auto detailing environment
Experience
- Prior experience working in an auto detailing facility or car wash environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with vehicle paint correction, buffing, and interior detailing techniques
- Knowledge of safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals and operating automotive buffers
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing tasks
- Customer service skills are a plus, as interaction with clients may be involved in some roles
