Looking for Service Engineer (Technician)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
- Diploma candidates (DME/DEE)
- Good communication (verbal/written).
- Attend AMC, CAMC, and breakdown calls, and complete the task within the timeframe. Closure of all the complaints along with the detailed service report.
- Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
- Coordinate with the team to identify and proper resolution of the call.
- Commissioning of new chiller.
- Achieve spare target and service business.
- Payment follow up to get our dues.
- Training to customers and operators.
- Arranging suitable vendors, contractor for chiller erection, shut down job, if required.
- Proper handing over of sites, enquiries for value added products.
- Technical support/solutions to the customers and build the good rapport with the team.
- Increase customer satisfaction level to get the future business.
- Collection of C-forms, TDS and other certificates as and when required.
More work involves troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of chillers & not operation and maintenance.
