JD:
- Provide field service at customers place.
- To give support information for customers.
- Support engineer team and cooperate between team and customers.
- Give advice and problem solving to customer on call
- To coordinate with the customer and Service Engineer team.
- Responsible for document tasks inside department
- Assist to supervisor as required.
Requirement:
MUST
- Bachelor 's degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Industrial Engineer field.
- New grad is welcome.
- Good communication in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Possess driving license (No need own car)
GOOD TO HAVE
- Some robot activities during university are high advantage but not that mandatory (e.g., Robot contest, creating robot for project/thesis, or any robot related activity)
