Salary: Up to S$4,500 basic + S$50 standby allowance + S$80 HP allowance + bonus

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday site attendance is not required when there is no scheduled duty.
We are looking for a Service Engineer to support the servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of CRAC, HVAC and critical data centre systems.
Candidates with hands-on experience in HVAC, ACMV, chiller or mechanical/electrical systems are welcome. Training will be provided for candidates who have the right technical foundation and are willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Service & Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of CRAC / HVAC / WDS systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and identify root causes.
- Recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Carry out equipment power-up and power-down procedures.
- Respond to emergency / e-calls when required.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of critical equipment.
Client Support

Provide onsite technical support to customers.

Conduct basic training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).

Maintain good working relationships with clients.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed service reports after maintenance and emergency calls.
- Submit weekly and monthly work activity reports.
- Record completed works, faults and remedial actions.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Site & Contractor Coordination
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site procedures.
- Follow up on site events, actions and corrective measures.
- Plan and update daily work schedules.
- Coordinate onsite activities to ensure safe and smooth execution.
Requirements

ITE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2 years of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance engineering; Experience in HVAC, ACMV, DX systems, chiller or related equipment.

Candidates with strong HVAC/chiller technician experience are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Experience with CRAC, WDS or critical infrastructure systems is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a data centre environment and performing hands-on/manual work.

Must be flexible and willing to perform standby duties when required.
