Fuel your passion As the Service Delivery Coordinator (d/f/m), you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. Baker Hughes Artificial Lift group manufactures complete centrifugal pump systems equipped with technology special developed for the oil and geothermal industry. Due to a high-quality product and a high level of service we have seen strong growth in our Geothermal business. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Coordinator ideally with experience in Artificial Lift Systems for our base in Celle Germany.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the regional team with the internal sales process and tracking equipment
  • Supporting material receipts and deliveries within SAP transactions
  • Preparing, checking and test the equipment before shipping to the locations
  • Working with the operations team to support the field operations
  • Being contact point for suppliers and customers
  • Providing engineering support and operational recommendations for the pumping systems

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent
  • Have good work experience (oil tool service, project engineering, inside sales or manufacturing)
  • Have knowledge with MS office software, preferably SAP experience
  • Have proven Mechanical/electrical background
  • Be fluent in English verbal and written as well as German (B2 level)
