We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Service Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests and accurate invoicing. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our aftermarket services.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and coordinate customer service and maintenance requests
- Dispatch and support field technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication
- Process and verify work orders, parts, and labour for invoicing accuracy
- Maintain and update service and maintenance agreements
- Monitor compliance with service procedures, time tracking, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to coordinate joint activities
- Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Service Department
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience (ideally 2–3 years) in service administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
