Responsibilities:
Service Crew / Floor Runner:
- Deliver warm, courteous, and attentive service to every guest.
- Introduce the menu, provide clear explanations of dishes, and offer personalised recommendations.
- Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Attend to guests’ requests and ensure their dining experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
Guest Relations Executive:
- Warmly welcome and engage guests, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
- Manage guest enquiries, reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Build good relationships with regular and VIP guests and understand their preferences.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist with special occasions, events, VIP arrangements, and guest requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is is an advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Entry level with genuine passion forhospitality, food, and wine are welcome, training provided/
