We are looking for a highly motivated Services Account Executive (SAE) to drive strategic growth across some of our most important enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing high-impact Consulting and Support Services opportunities that accelerate customer transformation and maximize the value of Microsoft technologies.

This role is ideal for a proven services sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys building executive relationships, and is energized by creating new business opportunities in highly competitive markets.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Drive Growth and Win New Business

  • Develop and execute ambitious growth strategies across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Create, qualify, and close new Consulting and Support Services opportunities.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and challenge incumbent competitors through differentiated Microsoft value propositions.
  • Engage senior customer stakeholders to uncover business priorities and translate them into transformational solutions.
  • Lead complex sales pursuits from opportunity creation through negotiation and contract signature.

Lead Executive Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, business leaders, and other executive decision makers.
  • Position Microsoft as a strategic transformation partner for AI, Cloud, Security, Data, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Facilitate business outcome discussions and value realization conversations with customer executives.
  • Influence customer strategy by bringing industry insights, innovation trends, and Microsoft's latest capabilities.

Orchestrate One Microsoft

  • Bring together specialists, architects, consulting leaders, customer success teams, partners, and pursuit resources to deliver compelling customer proposals.
  • Lead virtual sales teams and coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Align services opportunities with broader Microsoft account strategies to maximize business impact and customer outcomes.

Deliver Sales Excellence

  • Build strong opportunity pipelines and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • Drive rigorous qualification and close planning disciplines.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage executive-level customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure successful transition from sales to delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Significant experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting sales, digital transformation sales, support sales  or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and influencing strategic investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits.

  • Understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles and procurement processes.

Services Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across France is € 98,100.00 - € 143,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
