- Serve with personality; create guest connections with great service and genuine enthusiasm
- Know the menu inside and out; from cocktails to sharables to house specials
- Own your section; keeping tables clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Work the floor like a pro; take accurate orders, move fast, and keep service seamless
- Support safe and responsible alcohol service and uphold company policies
