- Responsible for high-speed SerDes development, including verification, and customer support (familiar with architecture, firmware, debugging, optimization, and testing tasks). 2. Develop test automation. 3. Collaborate with the team to establish system prototypes and optimize performance. 4. Achieve product integration for clients and support mass production.
Main Requirements and Qualifications

- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automatic Control, or related fields.

- Proficient in C, C++, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.

- Experienced in system verification and mass production of high-speed SerDes

- SIPI, and optical modules is highly preferred.

- Strong self-motivation and learning ability, excellent communication skills, and team collaboration experience.

- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
