SEO Specialist

About This Role

This role is for a results-driven SEO Specialist focused on improving online visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search engine rankings. The position suits an analytical, data-driven individual experienced in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
• Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, lead generation, and online visibility
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied
• Improve website structure and user experience to support SEO objectives
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with developers to resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, and other technical SEO concerns
• Monitor website health and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines
• Plan and execute backlink-building strategies
• Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities to improve domain authority
• Research and implement effective off-page SEO initiatives
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
• Understanding of website structures, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Nice to have:

• Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple websites
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies
