About This Role
This role involves developing web applications and internal organizational systems, leveraging AI tools to enhance development efficiency, analyze and resolve system issues, and collaborate with business, SA, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop both frontend and backend web applications
- Design and develop REST API / Web Services
- Integrate systems with databases and third-party APIs
- Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot existing systems
- Analyze requirements in collaboration with Business or System Analysts
- Deploy and manage systems on Cloud / Linux Servers
- Utilize AI tools for development assistance, such as code generation, refactoring, debugging/error analysis, SQL/documentation generation, and test case generation
- Develop Workflow Automation or AI-assisted processes
- Create technical documents and system manuals
- Use Git and collaborate with the team via Version Control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Web Application Development, HTML / CSS / JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js / Express.js / NestJS / PHP / Python (any one)
- Proficient in database knowledge such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL
- Understanding of REST API / JWT / Authentication
- Skilled in using Git
- Basic knowledge of Linux Server / Docker / Nginx
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to use AI Tools for software development, such as OpenAI ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and other AI Coding Assistants
- Understanding of safe AI usage guidelines and ability to verify results
- Ability to write prompts to assist with development tasks
- Skilled in validating AI-generated code
- Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Huawei Cloud / GCP
- Knowledge and experience with Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD, ERP / Workflow / Internal System
- Knowledge of AI API Integration
- Understanding of RAG / LLM / Vector Database
