Senior Web Developer - Onsite

About This Role

This onsite role involves designing, developing, deploying, troubleshooting, and continuously improving Forest River’s internal Dealer and Vendor web portals. The Senior Web Developer will join the Information Technology Services team, working under the direction of the Director of Software Development to support a data-driven organization, influence web services strategy, and deliver reliable solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Keep key web service environments running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement
• Turn business and user needs into scalable, performance-focused web solutions
• Build, enhance, debug, test, document, and maintain high-quality software applications and features
• Connect applications, databases, repositories, and operating environments to support reliable enterprise systems
• Promote practical development standards, technical documentation, and process improvements across web service initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• 2–4 years of web development experience
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, and React
• Ability to translate business requirements and user stories into functional applications
• Ability to troubleshoot, test code, maintain Lucene indexes, and create custom reports
• Strong communication, interpersonal, confidentiality, and customer service skills
• Dependable transportation and a smartphone are required

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET Framework, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Git, and Microsoft Dynamics AX
