UX Understanding
- Solid understanding of foundational UX principles
- Understanding of design systems and system thinking
- Comfortable prototyping ideas to test interactions and refine the user experience
- Able to balance strong visual design with usability and functionality

- Collaborates effectively with creative, strategy, UX, and other departments
- Uses collaboration as an opportunity to elevate the overall creative work
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback throughout the creative process
Presentation & Client Communication
- Strong ability to create presentations and decks with a clear, compelling narrative
- Can communicate complex design concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Understands when to go deep into design details versus when to focus on selling the overall idea
- Open to client feedback and collaborative iteration
- Comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients
