- International Holiday Sales Executive
Job Description
- Handle sales of international holiday packages and provide customized travel solutions to clients.
- Assist customers in planning international trips based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Maintain strong destination knowledge and provide professional customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities International Holiday Sales:
- Handle sales for international holiday packages covering destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, Europe, Maldives, Vietnam, Turkey, Mauritius, and other global destinations.
- Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Recommend suitable destinations, packages, and travel options.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Travel Planning & Package Development
- Design customized international itineraries according to client preferences, budget, and travel plans.
- Prepare package costing and hotel quotations.
- Plan sightseeing activities, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
- Provide guidance regarding visa requirements and documentation.
- Ensure itineraries are accurate, practical, and aligned with customer expectations.
Booking & Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of bookings.
- Follow up on confirmations, payments, vouchers, and other booking requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the booking process.
- Handle customer queries and assist in resolving travel-related issues.
Customer Service & Market Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of international destinations, travel trends, and available holiday products.
- Stay updated on visa requirements, destination regulations, and travel updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide professional and proactive travel assistance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel Sales or Holiday Packaging.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, visa processes, and travel planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to create customized travel packages and effectively close sales.
- Prior experience in an international travel company or holiday sales profile will be preferred.
- Passion for travel, customer service, and sales-driven performance.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and achieve assigned targets.
