About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Training Specialist to join a project delivered by Sii in cooperation with a global organization operating in the Finance Shared Services environment. In this role, you will transform complex process knowledge and existing training documentation into engaging digital learning experiences that help employees quickly build and retain knowledge.
You will collaborate closely with subject-matter experts and process owners, creating scalable training materials using modern digital learning tools while driving consistency and standardization across international teams. Your tasks
- Design and develop engaging digital learning assets, including presentations, training materials, visual guides, and short-form learning content
- Transform existing Finance Shared Services documentation, process knowledge, and training resources into modern, user-friendly learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and coordinate reviews and approvals
- Create and maintain training videos and digital learning materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe while ensuring high quality and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of learning content across teams, processes, and geographical locations based on stakeholder and learner feedback
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital learning content development, instructional design, e-learning creation, training design, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe for developing engaging digital learning materials
- Strong ability to transform complex business processes and documentation into clear, user-friendly learning content and visual assets
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level, enabling effective collaboration in an international setting
- Residence in Poland and availability to work within the Polish market and project environment
