About This Role
Integrating directly into our client's team, the Senior Technical Project Manager will collaborate daily with designers and engineers on project-based development work. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in software development and Agile/Scrum leadership, looking to connect with U.S. clients from Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Integrate into the client’s team and work alongside existing designers and engineers
- Guide software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban
- Establish release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting
- Identify technical bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, and deliver complex software products on time
- Facilitate Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and scope management
- Maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
- Contribute to libraries and resolve new and difficult issues
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership
- Advanced English proficiency
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery
- Proven experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Experience working on large, complex systems
- Attention to detail and a positive mindset
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Google Antigravity, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI
