About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Privileged Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive technical program execution across multiple initiatives that support secure access, secrets management, and complex customer-impacting workstreams. The position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other technical stakeholders to translate priorities into action and keep delivery moving on schedule. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on managing dependencies, resolving high-priority issues, and improving visibility into technical delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of portfolio initiatives including secrets management and secure remote access
  • Translate product priorities into actionable plans and cross-functional workstreams
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure timely roadmap progress
  • Coordinate complex customer-impact issues across various technical teams
  • Lead efforts to identify root causes and drive resolution of high-priority issues
  • Track project dependencies, risks, and delivery statuses for multiple initiatives
  • Use AI tools for enhanced technical analysis and documentation efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical program management or related roles in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, cloud infrastructures, and APIs
  • Experience driving complex software initiatives across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated capability in managing technical workstreams and delivery timelines
  • Familiarity with Agile development and software delivery processes
  • Ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
