Core Responsibilities
Develop and continuously improve PPM standards, templates, methodology documentation, and operating playbooks. Own revenue recognition reporting for the project portfolio, partnering with Finance on close cycles and milestone-driven revenue events. Track cross-project dependencies and surface portfolio-level risks, supporting resource capacity planning and data-backed headcount recommendations.
Requirements 7+ years of program management, portfolio management, or PMO experience within Professional Services or Consulting. Strong process design, documentation, and reporting skills, with experience building or scaling PMO infrastructure. Hands-on experience administering PSA or PPM tooling such as Certinia, Kantata, or Mavenlink, and proficiency with Salesforce.
