About This Role

This Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves acting as a key account manager, partnering with HR managers and business leaders to drive efficient recruitment processes. The specialist will focus on building a strong candidate pool, controlling recruitment costs, and continuously improving recruitment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as key account manager, partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs
• Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process
• Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position
• Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders, and provide feedback for BRM improvement
• Provide industrial mapping to help business good understand hiring market

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business administration, HR or other related subjects
• 5 years HR experience, recruitment experience is preferred - ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a matrix organization
• High level of customer focus and commercial awareness
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
