Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner EF EMEA Finance to join our team.

The Responsibilities & Impact YOU Will Have:

  • Manage 360 recruitment cycle across multiple countries, leveraging your expertise to bring innovative recruitment strategies, source top talent, and seamlessly navigate through offer management.
  • Play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by proactively sourcing exceptional talent across the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrate strong business intimacy with hiring managers, BUHRs, and Business Stakeholders. Be the go-to expert, providing invaluable coaching, guidance and training, bringing to life the Talent Advisor mindset.
  • Translate business insights into a tangible recruiting strategy for each recruitment, showcasing your exceptional business acumen, deep market knowledge, and understanding of recruitment trends. Share insights using various analytical tools, such as LinkedIn Insights.
  • Tap into a variety of direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and advertising, to source great talent.
  • Proactively ensure candidate experience is best in class, fostering positive interactions and therefore strengthening a robust talent pipeline for the future.
  • You will have opportunities to participate in exciting Talent Acquisition projects across EMEA and potentially globally, contributing to our overall success.
  • Provides strategic market insights to Manager and Director Finance Councils, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Embrace new technologies and tools, bringing a digital mindset to your role, including the innovative use of GEN AI.
  • Ensure you remain up-to-date with recruitment processes, local compliance, and legal requirements in your regions.

Qualifications
We're excited to hear from YOU, do you possess the following skills and experiences:

  • An experienced recruiter with 360 recruitment experience managing volume, complexity and niche roles within an in-house recruitment team and able to showcase versatility.
  • Proactive pipelining expertise through various tools i.e LinkedIn etc.
  • Operational excellence and subject matter experts in all aspects of recruitment while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
  • Excited by data and insights! A keen eye for detail and a mindset focused on storytelling through data and insights to support and build recruitment strategies.
  • Resilience and persistence, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong ability to build trust and foster successful partnerships with stakeholders.
  • A team player who promotes a positive team atmosphere and collaborates effectively.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset toward emerging AI technologies, proactively exploring new tools and innovative ways of working to enhance recruitment outcomes, drive efficiency, and deliver greater value to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is an advantage.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
