Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Drive team targets and ensure timely delivery against recruitment/sourcing requirements.
• Strong understanding and experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering industries.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team targets through effective planning and monitoring.
• Manage and lead the recruitment/sourcing team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting for team members.
• Supervise and monitor daily recruitment/sourcing trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and review team members performance dashboards and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage client engagement and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leverage industry-specific knowledge and explore new sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Generate actionable business insights based on market trends, sourcing data, and recruitment performance.
• Understand client requirements and incorporate client feedback to improve sourcing quality and delivery.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies based on industry requirements, talent availability, and market trends.
• Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates as per client requirements and defined SLAs.
