Job Description
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations with OEM and manufacturing suppliers, ensuring on-time production and delivery.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, production schedules, capacity, and delivery performance; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct factory visits, supplier assessments, and capacity reviews to support production continuity.
- Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance.
- Analyze POs, demand vs. capacity, inventory, and delivery data using Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Support international logistics, import/export, supplier management, and production planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, OEM/Manufacturing, Supplier Management, or Production Operations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, supplier performance, and capacity management.
- Experience working with factories, OEMs, contract manufacturers, and international suppliers preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business trips, factory visits, and supplier meetings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and fluent in English.
