Senior Strategic Project

Job Description

• Define, lead, and execute process improvement and expansion initiatives within the project period to drive nationwide operational scalability.
• Coordinate and support ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure effective, on-time project implementation through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Monitor key operational metrics to track and report business progress and project implementation milestones regularly.
• Translate operational data and project insights into structured, actionable execution strategies to meet project deadlines.
• Establish clear project timelines and resource allocations to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or other quantitative-based majors from a top-tier university (an MBA is a highly preferred plus).
• Has 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in a project management or strategy role within a technology startup, or top-tier management consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, expansion, and execution in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint, for metric tracking and executive reporting.
• Strong business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to act as an independent contributor with a highly proactive, resilient, and can-do attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.
