About the role

Job Responsibility

Project Management & Governance

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization, planning, implementation to closure .
  • Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budget, scope and expected outcomes.
  • Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
  • Establish appropriate project governance, including steering committees, project working groups and management updates .
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across different business functions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and management discussions.
  • Ensure clear communication of project objectives, progress, key decisions and required actions.

Regulatory & Governance

  • Ensure strategic initiatives and projects are aligned with relevant regulatory, risk, compliance, legal and governance requirements .
  • Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and other control functions throughout project development.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, approvals and governance are completed before implementation.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and audit trails.

Management Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Consolidate information from different business units for monthly management reports update.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience , preferably in Insurance/Banking / Bancassurance/Financial Services/Strategy & Transformation/Project Management/Business Development.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects .
  • Experience in preparing business cases and management papers.
  • Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to banking/insurance products, digital transformation and regulatory requirements would be an advantage.
