As a
Senior Sourcing Specialist
you will play a key role in developing and executing global sourcing strategies, ensuring supply chain continuity, optimizing total cost of ownership, and driving supplier performance and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and new product development.

Duties
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships through KPIs and performance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the supplier base
- Develop dual/multiple sourcing strategies to mitigate risks
- Lead RFI/RFP processes and conduct contract negotiations
- Secure supplier agreements in line with regulatory and legal requirements
- Support supplier audits and ensure compliance
- Partner with Procurement, Quality, Operations, and Product Management
- Support new product development by integrating supplier capabilities
- Align sourcing strategies with business and manufacturing needs
- Identify and manage supplier risks (market, financial, geopolitical)
- Analyze market trends and supplier data to inform sourcing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement
- At least 5 years in strategic sourcing or category management
- Experience in regulated industries, ideally medical devices
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (~35%)
