Senior Software Engineer (Test Solutions)

Level

• Senior Software Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Test Solution development
• Experience in Production Test Rigs, Manufacturing Software, or Test Automation environments

Scope of the Role

1. Design, develop, and maintain software for production test rigs.
2. Lead vacuum pump validation and verification strategies and execution.
3. Improve manufacturing productivity through test automation and diagnostic capability enhancements.
4. Analyze software and hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem resolution.
5. Collaborate with global Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to deliver effective solutions.
6. Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production test rig software.

Required Skills

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LabVIEW application development.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Python-based automation and data analysis.
3. Understanding of industrial communication protocols (RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Modbus TCP/RTU).
4. Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
5. Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience developing Production Test Rig or Manufacturing Software solutions.
2. Experience with MongoDB, SQL, or industrial data management systems.
3. Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
4. Experience working with global engineering organizations.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
