Industry: Marine Engine Solutions
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: Basic up $5000 + allowances + overtime
(Estimated Annual Income: Up to $100k – $200k for experienced Senior Engineers, depending on OT and allowances)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend: Standby duty on a rotating roster

Job Responsibilities
- Perform repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines.
- Carry out servicing and repair works at shipyards, anchorages, and other marine locations.
- Handle lifting, shifting, dismantling, and reconditioning of heavy engine components.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure smooth communication throughout service jobs.
- Carry out troubleshooting and repairs for engine automation, control systems, electronic/pneumatic remote controls, and safety systems when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational and customer requirements.
- Perform other duties and service-related tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marine engine troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, or overhaul.
- Strong practical knowledge of marine diesel engines and related systems.
- Able to work independently and handle service jobs with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in shipyards, anchorages, and other marine environments.
- Willing to participate in weekend standby duties on a rotating roster.
