Senior SerDes /System Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for high-speed SerDes development, including firmware design and implementing algorithms, IC functional verification, system performance optimization, and customer support (familiar with architecture, firmware, debugging, optimization, and testing tasks).
• Develop automated verification (by C++, Python, C#, and MATLAB)
• Collaborate with analog/digital teams to co-develop chips from prototype design to mass production.
• Achieve customer design-in and support mass production.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficient in C, Python, C#, embedded systems, and MATLAB.
• Better with one of the following knowledge/experience
• Ethernet Networking, High-speed SerDes related, SI/PI Knowledge
• Experience with (at least one of) algorithm implementation, firmware driver design, automated testing implementation development preferred.
• Familiar with High-speed Serdes related test instruments is preferred (PPG, BERT, Oscilloscope, Scope, VNA, etc. )
• Be capable of >30Gbps SerDes experience such as 56G/112G Ethernet SERDES, Fibre Channel, PCIe gen6, USB 4.0.
• Self-motivated, good communication and good teamwork.
• Good English speaking and writing capability;
